Monitor. Measure. Analyse. Underwater technology enabling offshore energy operators to assure assets, mitigate risk and make better decisions for the life of their developments.
Exploring the Cook Islands’ polymetallic nodule deposits, among the world’s largest, demands dependable control of subsea equipment at depths up to 5,300 metres. Develogic supplied an acoustic command and telemetry system wirelessly linking a research vessel to subsea equipment under evaluation, transmitting data from the seafloor to the surface. Operators gained reliable remote control, equipment status and environmental monitoring in one system – improving efficiency and supporting safe, compliant exploration in remote offshore environments.
Develogic has supplied underwater collision-warning systems for several energy installations located in German waters. Sonartransponders were installed directly onto jacket leg and monopiles, where they continuously monitored for the presence of submarines and uncrewed underwater vehicles. When interrogated, each transponder transmits a BSH-compliant acoustic warning, enabling vehicles to identify and avoid fixed seabed infrastructure.
