Ole holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and engineering, and is passionate about creating innovative solutions that drive growth in the maritime sector.

Philip leads Operations and Products at Develogic, combining technical leadership with extensive experience delivering complex engineering projects.

Before joining the company, he successfully led multi-disciplinary teams and business units, shaping technology and commercial strategy while developing advanced engineering solutions, particularly within the automotive acoustics sector.

At Develogic, Philip oversees product strategy, R&D, and operational excellence, helping transform innovative subsea technologies into reliable systems for demanding commercial, scientific, and defence applications.

Dennis leads Develogic’s Sales, Marketing and Service activities, working closely with customers across offshore energy, ocean science, environmental monitoring and defence.

With decades of commercial maritime experience, he focuses on building long-term partnerships and matching customers with practical subsea technology solutions. Dennis plays a key role in expanding Develogic’s global presence while ensuring customers receive responsive support throughout every stage of their projects.

Marcel brings almost two decades of experience in autonomous underwater systems, subsea engineering and maritime technology.

Before joining Develogic, he spent 15 years leading the development and operation of advanced autonomous underwater vehicles for scientific research. Today, Marcel heads our Naval Program, combining technical expertise with project management and business development to deliver innovative underwater systems that meet the demanding requirements of defence and government customers.

Dmitry brings more than 10 years of experience delivering complex subsea engineering and offshore projects from concept through to commissioning.

His expertise spans subsea controls, automation, system integration and project management, combining technical leadership with a deep understanding of customer requirements. At Develogic, Dmitry leads our Civil Program, overseeing multidisciplinary projects in the offshore and commercial sector while supporting business development and helping customers translate challenging operational requirements into reliable, field-proven subsea solutions.

Timo leads Develogic’s Material & Procurement organisation, overseeing purchasing, logistics, warehouse operations and production. He brings more than a decade of experience in prototype manufacturing, precision engineering and industrial production.

His background includes the manufacture of precision components and mechanical assemblies, supported by extensive CAD expertise and hands-on experience with CNC manufacturing technologies. Throughout his career, he has led manufacturing teams ranging from CAM programming and CNC production to complete mechanical assembly operations.

At Develogic, Timo combines practical manufacturing knowledge with strategic supply chain and production leadership to ensure reliable, efficient and high-quality delivery of robust subsea systems for demanding operational environments.

Lill is responsible for Develogic’s people, culture and office management, creating an environment where employees and the business can thrive.

She leads initiatives that strengthen the employee experience, support leadership development and foster effective collaboration across teams. Working closely with colleagues throughout the company, Lill helps build the positive, inclusive culture that enables Develogic to attract, develop and retain exceptional talent while supporting continued growth.

Tomasz leads Develogic’s system engineering activities and technical solutions, overseeing the development of integrated subsea systems from concept through to delivery.

Working across multidisciplinary teams, he ensures innovative ideas are translated into robust, practical solutions that meet demanding operational requirements. His focus on technical excellence, system integration and collaborative engineering helps ensure every Develogic solution delivers the performance, reliability and quality customers expect in challenging underwater environments.

Jeremy brings close to 15 years of software engineering in embedded systems.

His career spans requirements engineering, software architecture, team leadership, and end-to-end product delivery – from prototype to production-ready system.

At Develogic, Jeremy leads our software engineering team, applying a hands-on technical approach to guide development across the full stack. He is a strong advocate for systematic engineering practices, having introduced disciplined processes for requirements engineering and Test-Driven Development in previous roles. Jeremy is driven by building software that works reliably in demanding real-world conditions.
