NO CHALLENGE TOO DEEP

Openness and receptiveness are a way of life at Develogic. We’re driven by an intellectual curiosity that’s always ready to embrace new ideas and ways of working. Are you?

Some of the most important engineering challenges happen beneath the surface. Join a team developing the technologies that enable navies, scientists and offshore operators to make sense of the oceans.

Behind every Develogic system is a focused team of engineers, developers and specialists working at the edge of what underwater technology can do. If that sounds like your kind of place, read on.

From autonomous seafloor sensors monitoring critical undersea infrastructure, to tsunami warning systems helping protect coastal communities, the technology we build needs to perform where reliability is non-negotiable. Our work supports scientific discovery, offshore energy and defence – in water a few metres deep to several thousand.

Why work at Develogic?

The ocean doesn’t make things easy – and that’s the challenge we face everyday. At Develogic, technically curious people work on some of the most demanding engineering challenges possible. If that sounds like your kind of place, you’re in the right spot.

01.

Work that doesn't exist everywhere else

Underwater communication and ocean monitoring is one of the most technically demanding fields you can work in. At Develogic, you’ll tackle problems that genuinely haven’t been solved before and build solutions that have to perform without fail.

02.

A team that takes precision seriously

We build systems that can’t afford to fail. That standard shapes how we work – carefully, collaboratively, and with genuine respect for the ocean environment. If you care about doing things properly, you’ll find likeminded people here.

03.

A mission worth showing up for

Our goal is to make the world’s oceans open, sustainable and secure. The work you do here contributes directly to that – across defence, science and offshore energy, on projects that stretch from shoreline to the deep sea.

Great people, exciting projects, and the freedom to make an impact – that's what makes working here so rewarding
